BILLY & BOO THANK YOU FOR MAKING A PURCHASE. WE HOPE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM, FOLLOWING THE STATED BILLY & BOO RETURN POLICY


RETURN POLICY:

  • RETURNS ARE ONLY ON FAULTY ITEMS (UNLESS CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER).
  • EXCHANGES DO NOT APPLY AS ALL ITEMS ARE HAND MADE AND MADE TO ORDER. IF YOU ARE HESITANT ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE PLEASE EMAIL: ENQUIRIES@BILLYANDBOO.COM BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE & WE WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCT I.E SIZE, FIT ETC.
  • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS DELIVERED. ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED.
  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. ANY ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL TAGS REMOVED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY THAT ALL RETURNED GOODS ARE SENT BACK USING A METHOD THAT IS TRACEABLE BY WAY OF A TRACKING NUMBER. IF BY CHANCE YOUR PARCEL GETS LOST IN THE MAIL, BILLY & BOO ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL THEREFORE NOT REFUND TO COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER.
  • IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM, AND THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE. THE SHIPPING FEE TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK TO BILLY & BOO IS ABSORBED BY THE CUSTOMER.
  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY PAID.
  • REDUCED OR SALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS POLICY. PLEASE PURCHASE CAREFULLY!​

IN THE CASE OF A MADE TO ORDER PURCHASE, BILLY & BOO WILL PRODUCE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7-14 WORKING DAYS PLUS POSTAGE TIME- THIS VARIES, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.

ALL MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK. YOU MUST LEAVE AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE MADE, PROCESSED, SHIPPED AND DELIVERED. BILLY & BOO DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 4 WEEKS DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. BILLY & BOO DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYED PARCELS ONCE IN THE HANDS OF AUSTRALIA POST/INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR MONITOR AND COLOUR CORRECTION UTILITIES MAY CHANGE THE PERSPECTIVE OF COLOUR. DUE TO DIFFERENT BRANDS OF COMPUTERS, PHONES, LIGHTING IN YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND OTHER VARIABLES CAN ALSO MAKE YOUR EYES PERCEIVE COLOUR INFORMATION DIFFERENTLY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANY OF THE CURRENT RANGE ONLINE, SUCH AS A GOWN, BILLY & BOO CAN CONSTRUCT THE GOWN FOR YOU IN A DESIRED COLOUR CHOICE (DEPENDING ON SUPPLY AVAILABILITY), AND LENGTH PREFERENCES SUCH AS MINI, MIDI OR GOWN FORM. YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO ALTER LENGTH OF SIDE SPLITS, TO MIDDLE SLITS, OR NO SLIT. FOR ANY FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. IN THE CASE OF A CUSTOM MADE ORDER, CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE BILLY & BOO WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION SUCH AS HEIGHT(WITH HEELS ON) FROM TOP OF HEAD TO TOE/FLOOR WITH THE SHOES ON THAT WILL BE WORN WITH THE GOWN, AUSTRALIAN SIZE: 8,10,12/S,M,L. FOR ANY GOWN LENGTH ISSUES, IT IS NOT BILLY & BOO’S RESPONSIBILITY IF A CUSTOMER PROVIDES INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS. PLEASE MEASURE PRECISELY AS THE MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED ARE USED TO CALCULATE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE GOWN.

ALL OF OUR GOWNS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NOT IN STOCK, THIS MEANS YOU NEED TO LEAVE AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR GOWN TO BE MADE, SHIPPED AND DELIVERED. CUSTOM MADE GOWNS MAY TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO BE PRODUCED AFTER PAYMENT IS CLEARED.

THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON GOODS THAT ARE CUSTOM MADE.

 

ANY FURTHER ALTERNATIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE THAT ARE NOT COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO PRODUCTION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BILLY & BOO. FOR FURTHER ALTERNATIONS ON A BILLY & BOO GOWN THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF RETURNING THE GOWN FOR ALTERATIONS (I.E. POSTAGE COSTS WITH TRACEABLE TRACKING METHOD). BILLY & BOO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST GOODS.
