BILLY & BOO THANK YOU FOR MAKING A PURCHASE. WE HOPE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM, FOLLOWING THE STATED BILLY & BOO RETURN POLICY


RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • BILLY & BOO DO NOT OFFER RETURNS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE BASED ON FIT OR STYLE OR FABRIC USED IN GARMENTS, HOW THE FABRIC LOOKED ON SCREEN, HOW YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK OR ANY OTHER ISSUE RELATED TO SCREEN LIGHTING OR OTHERWISE.   • RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON JEWELLERY, BODYSUITS OR SWIMWEAR.
  • RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
  • RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS DELIVERED. ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED.
  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. ANY ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL TAGS REMOVED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • PLEASE NOTE ANY PRE-ORDERS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND ON PRE-ORDERS OR ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DISPATCHED. IF YOUR ORDER IS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING DISPATCHED WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT.
  • IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY THAT ALL RETURNED GOODS ARE SENT BACK USING A METHOD THAT IS TRACEABLE BY WAY OF A TRACKING NUMBER. IF BY CHANCE YOUR PARCEL GETS LOST IN THE MAIL, BILLY & BOO ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL THEREFORE NOT REFUND TO COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER.
  • IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM, AND THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE. THE SHIPPING FEE TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK TO BILLY & BOO IS ABSORBED BY THE CUSTOMER.
  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY PAID.
  • SALE ITEMS OR REDUCED ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTION PERIOD (INCLUDING THE USE OF A DISCOUNT CODE) ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS POLICY. PLEASE PURCHASE CAREFULLY!​
